I will admit I did not have time to really look at these apts when I moved in. Now I am looking for a way out of my 13 month lease (10 to go) Everything is true what others have said: The NOISE, parking, drafts, filthy, fighting neighbors,bugs, MOLD, smells, they need to shut these down and rebuild or COMPLETELY refurbish. These apts are so old, I dont know how they can possibly make it better. The only positive right now is the staff is quick to repsond to my numerous Maint requests - although they come back and redo it - what can you expect for this crappy place - remember they only work here - they dont own it. My sympathies to the staff.

Did you find away out of your lease we are trying to get out of our lease here too but wee told we would have to pay for the editional months upfront before we move out :o( I'm thinking about trying to contact the company who own these apartments and letting them know about these reviews and why we want to move out. They can't make us pay for something when there are so much problems and I'm sure they could find new tenants easy its ideal for the younger crowd not for familys. I am sorry you are also unhappy here.

I have not approached them about leaving, I am doing a little damage prevention and research first.I already know they wont let us out of our lease but I am still going to try - but we risk being sued. You will probably get no return phone calls or any response from the Managament Company, ZIDAN. President: Raed Zidan, Vice Pres: Hani Zidan, Ayman Assaf, CFO and Ammar Zidan, FO. It's not the gals in the office - the problem is ZIDAN. I am going to let them know how unhappy I am but I am sure it will fall on deaf ears - they wont care about us they just want the money like most slum landlords. Best of Luck to you.
