It may be easy to sign the lease you may get a spectacular deal, but BEWARE, maintence issues are not handles as smoothly. We have gone through several, four that I can account for, managers since the beginning of 2006 and having a maintence item address is very difficult. Be prepared to call numerous times and the manager will always take a defensive stance.
