This place stinks!

I have lived here for 5 years. With in the last 2 years it has gone down hill. We have changed apartment managers 3 times in the last 2 years. It took a year and nothing that broke was fixed. Neighbors are loud at all hours. It doesn't matter how many times you complain nothing is said or done about it. This is now day 2 of a foot of snow. NOBODY has been here to plow the lot. My car is snowed in I can't go to work. My husbands car is as well! We can't go to work until somebody comes to plow us out! This is the 2nd day of no work! The office is closed 2 days a week!
