I have many complaints about this particular apartment complex. The maintanence staff came back two or three times before problems were fixed. There was a period of a couple of months where the apartment manager had renovations going on, back-to-back. (We're talking new carpet, tile flooring, spackling and painting, lighting...I didn't know from one day to the next which way I would have to take to get to my apartment!) The apartment was noisy at times and the manager was not quick to take any action.
I have since moved out of the apartment but am still currently paying rent for a couple of months. It is cheaper to do that than to break the lease....I do not suggest moving in unless you are committed to the full 12 or 13 month contract, trust me. The manager also seemed to me to be unprofessional and lacked competancy. Her staff proved to be about the same. I would not suggest this apartement complex at all.
