I moved in here in May happy as hell to find a nice place out of Indianapolis. Well the first two months proved to be great. Nice neighborhood nice backyard overlooking a pond that was beautiful. At night was always quiet. Well I let some set backs go. Like all the Warnings about a barking dog....well I got 3 well before I even had a dog in my apartment. But we fought those, I let it go too great of a place to let that bother me.
Well now in August I already have a ongoing report w/ OSHA thanks to my pipes. I have not been able to use the masterbathroom in a month because if I do it makes my hallway flood with fecal matter and water. Unknown reasons. Apartment has came multiple times to snake it which just leaves a bigger mess. I have had 3 plumbers come that were not contracted by Trotters Pointe so I could get a good answer. Well they all come up with that the main pipe was incorrectly installed. Well I could have figured that one out. I can't even use the sink or shower in there without having a flood. I wish I could post pics of the closest that is now stained and the carpet that is now stained. And the apartments insist on scolding me and my fiance. Well OSHA does not scold me and are on an ongoing fight due to Trotters pointe not doing anything. THey refuse to lower my rent. I stated I would not ----- about not having a master bathroom I would just use the second bathroom as long as they docked my rent. They refuse, they insist that I move to another unit. There are no floor units available I have to have one due to my Fiance's medical conditions. They say they can't help. Well lets see I will move to an upper unit if they pay the cost of a moving truck and a crew to move me due to not having time off work. But you know that won't happen. When I moved in here I had found out I was pregnant, once all the stress of the pipes I had a miscarriage due to stress. I don't see the Apartments caring about that. --- and ---- the maintnence men will come into my house yelling and cussing at each other and then curse me for "clogging the toilet" These are brand new apartments and they should not have issues this early. I just moved from a 36 year old apt. complex and never had piping issues. I just don't get it. I love this area to lose it. But we will just see how far this OSHA thing goes. I am sure my dizzy spells are from the feces sitting in my closet, And you know we can't honestly say they are ours and not neighbors pipes in ours'

Excuse the typos anger will do that. I have referred 3 people to Trotters Pointe and I seriously Hope they don't have issues like me. I would feel horrible. But I am also still waiting on the 600 dollars from those referrals, I doubt I will ever see it.

Well stuff happens and I say take the 200.00 yourself three months in a row that's what I did. I can;t believe you had a miscarriage because of this. You should of moved then to a older community.
