This is not the place for a hard working person or family because you have everything going on in this complex from drugs, Peolpe just hanging out and trying to get in everyone business and kids not being watch by there parents and Dog mess all over the grass. This place reminds you of what you see on T.V. not the good stuff but the bad stuff. Cops are always being call out in the complex for drugs or someone beating up someone. This is not the place to live. Please go some where else because you will not like it at all. Don't take my word for it just ask the local police how many runs a week do they make to Trotters Pointe. This will give you your answer on moving here. It's very loud also the walls are paper thin. And the appearance is bad alot of dead grass and Dog mess all over the place and the grass is like weeds never cut on time.
