I have read the other reviews, and I cannot say that I've experienced any problems with this place so far. Perhaps we've just been lucky, but so far we've loved living at Trotters Pointe. I will agree that there are a lot of people who just hang around all day, and there are often kids that aren't being watched, but I think that is to be expected at any apartment complex. I've never felt unsafe here or noticed police being called, although I'm sure they've been here from time to time. Overall though, the floorplan is great, the maintenance has responded quickly to issues we've had, and we haven't had any major problems. The walls are pretty thin, but at least in our building this hasn't been too big of a concern because our neighbors are pretty quiet. I would take what the other reviewers said under consideration, but I would still recommend looking at this place for yourself. We have only been here a few months, but if things continue as they are now we will definitely want to renew our lease.
