I moved here in May of this year, and was excited about moving in such a beautiful apartment community.. But as I quickly learned appearances can be deceiving!! This community lacks several things: Good Management, Nice landscaping (the yards are horrible!Kids,pets overwatering and underwatering have ruined the grass) Bushes and shrubs are trampled over by kids riding bikes and walking on them. The noise disturbance here is ridiculous. There are neighbors that are hillbillies that like to sit out on their porches and drink and carry on loudly letting their kids roam the streets playing wherever they feel the need to without regard to their neighbors who would like to sleep! I have addressed this issue many times along with other tennants who feel that it is an important issue that needs to be addressed with management, but they issue no citations what so ever, except for frivioulus violations that are petty for example: Trash and debris. They will address issues such as those but not the important ones like parents letting their kids run wild, Noise from neighbors. Kids scratching and denting cars due to negligent parents and so on.. I am so fed up with this place and the fact that when you do complain nothing ever comes out of it. I offered to pay extra to move to a quiet building without all of this childish drama and inquired about paying whatever it costs to get out of my lease, but a forewarning : once you sign your lease your STUCK and management will do nothing to let you out of it! Unless of course you get evicted, which can happen here if you have a total of 3 lease violations or more. I am looking forward to when my lease is up because I most definately will not RENEW my lease! I urge you though to think about it long and hard before you consider moving here.
