The place is really getting bad you have people having family reuion out side in front of there apartment. Kids are not being watch they just run wild. You can't blem the kids for mom and dads that are to busy having there own fun to watch there kids. You have alot of people driving fast in the back area. All it takes is one of these kids running after a ball and run right in front of a speeding car. I beg you please look at what other places or out there before you move here. I feel that management did not know what they where getting into when they started this place. The people that is causing all the problem or low income that is more like section 8. The people that are working hard that lives in the front does not have the problem that we are having. Since some of management lives on site they should move in the back so they can live it and I know it will change but until then it will not. Please go somewhere else don't make this your home.

Is it managements job to watch everyones kids? NO it is not!! What do you really expect them to do. They have given people who need a nice place to live a beautiful place to call home. You should stop pointing fingers at the apts and blame the parents.

I feel the same this would be great if the parents would do their jobs.I live in low income I'm not trash I would love to turn you in for bad mouthing us.Because I work my butt off to. You need to get to know us before you bad mouth. I have very things I wear name brands and drive very nice cars and pay my own rent so it's ok though whatever you need to tell yourself to make you feel better.And the speeding car thing is there's a speed limit obey it. Your probably one of the ones who I've already turned in for speeding. And by the way you can't spell this does not spell blem it's blame. So please don't judge.

Wow! It's really funny to see someone correct someone else's grammar when their own post has so many mistakes! It is not the apartment's job to babysit kids, however when there is an issue it is the apartment's job to mitigate it. They should either call the police or talk to the tenant.
