I've lived here for four months and nothing bad has happened to me. I agree there are some bad people in here but there everywhere in every community.We live in a nice community kepted up by two men and they always on top of things. I feel they are overwhelmed sometimes because people make problems and don't have lives. I feel safe I have children who play with the neighbors kids and everyone gets along for the most part.Except for a family of four who create problems amoung the community. I feel that if you just watch your children this problem could be resolved.I also feel you bought all this on yourself. And this is why our community looks bad. I feel the management is doing their best to get rid of all problems and so far good job.So over all I love living here. I can't wait until we get rid of some of the problems.I also feel that some people get on this web site to bash this community because their the problem and need some way to vent so look beyond these reviews I mean the bad and judge for yourself. Stop in to see us it's a beautiful community and I love living here. I also believe that half the bad reviews are from the same person maybe.And remember I do live in the back it's not always bad I promise.

It is sad and you are correct that some people just don't care how their actions reflect upon themselves and the community around us. I hope that they were taught better but I'm sure most are not. Then again, it could be the financial crisis that these people find themselves in and have no way out. Unfortunately, money (or the lack of) can really stress people out. This should not be a reason or an excuse for how some people act.

I agree most are because of drugs or drinking. But some because people just don't care how they effect us in our community. I guess maybe they weren't taught better or maybe they don't want better for themselves and their children it's sad.
