Trotters Pointe Apartments

Happy at Trotters From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I read these reviews often and am amazed at some of the stuff that has been posted. I just want to say a few things that truly bother me. The landscaping - this is a brand new community it has been sodded, seeded, landscaped and maintained. Considering the weather and the fact we are still in the first year I think it looks good. It is alittle too early to be complaining about this. The pet mess- is it really the apartments responsibility to follow behind our pets with bags everytime we take them out' NO! It is inconsiderate pet owners and guess what they live in every community! The police calls- aren't really a bad thing- the very fact that we still care enough to call the cops when something seems off says we still care about where we live. The day we turn our heads and do nothing will be the day the bad ones will take over. I mind my own business- so as far as knowing the dope man- I don't! I do know that one guy we suspected was a dealer is gone now (management GOOD JOB). I know that others are on their way out because they make it everyones business and once they are gone the better we will be again (management GOOD JOB). I think we live in a beautiful community with great apartments, maintenance has always taken care of us and we are located in a great area. If you are looking to move, it would be a shame if you let the bad reviews stop you from checking us out. The ones who write these are the ones who cause drama and get negative attention from the managers. Hopefully these bad review writers will grow up, stop blaming the "back", watch their kids and give management a break already. The manager who got me in here went above and beyond her job to help us. Everyone take a deep breath calm down lifes not so bad here!
