I am so tired of people getting on this site and bashing Trotters Pointe. I read where someone wrote that when they moved in there was no grass and they lived next to the playground. Well first off they didn't even look at the map in the office, they didn't think to look at where the apartment was situated, and for the grass, GIVE ME A BREAK!!! It's a new complex, they have to plant grass!! I admit there are some hiccups only because it's a new community.

I like it here. Granted I don't like some of the neighbors, but they've been evicted, so I am happy. The management team is working hard to make this a nice community for all of us to live it. It's clean, safe and the apartments are nice for the money you pay. I am just glad my family and I have a roof over our heads at night. I am not one to get picky about no grass and the sprinklers hitting my door or windows. I have better things to do than ----- about stupid ---- like that!

Most my neighbors are good people, nice people and I am glad. Most of them I call my friends and glad that I have met them as well. My upstairs neighbor is a great tenant, and she's nice and never causes any problems. We've become fast friends as well. Anyway, if you hate it here so much then leave, we don't want you around anyway!!! And please stop bitching about every little thing!!!

The reason I was so pissed about the no grass and sprinkler aimed at my door is because it prevented me from leaving my apartment for 3 hours. I called the front office 5 times and could never get an answer. I would have just gone out my back door and walked around the front only since there was no grass I would have been walking through thick mud covered in water. As for the playground, we were not informed that they had changed what building we were moving into. The apartment we had been shown was in a different area of the complex, so we didn't know we were being put next to a playground until the lease had been signed.
