Poor Maintenance & Manager is Not Helpful

This winter they have only put salt down on sidewalks once. When they did put some down, it was very little. I have never seen a snowplow come through here. The manager is a very rude person and is not helpful at all. Considering what you pay for Phase I apartments, the maintenance is pretty bad. I guess they don't care if someone slips and falls. Definitely think before coming here. If they could get the previous manager back, things might be different. Too bad since it is a great location. Also, people usually don't clean up after their pets and dog poo is left on the grass.

I understand your frustration as the weather has been terrible. However, with the freezing rain we got all day yesterday salt would have done no good. It would have been frozen over within minutes. Also, so you know plowing ice isn't efficient either. I live here too and I have witnessed maintenance putting salt down several times this winter. I think you have every right to voice your opinion but you are blaming people who have no control over the weather.
On another note, the new manager has made vast improvements to this place in a short time. Maybe she doesn't like you either.

Uh, blaming people for the weather?! I didn't see that! They're angry at the complex for not putting enough salt down and plowing snow. Duh!

My neighbor at Trotters Pointe actually did slip and fall last winter and she had to have surgery. They are soooo lucky she didn't sue them. I agree with the first post that they hardly plowed or salt. And when they did it was later in the day, not in the morning when you were trying to get to work!
