We lived in the community for several months and recently left. Since the management clearly reads these and posts "anonymous" responses, I'll just say "hi"! I have lived in several apartments through college and beyond and this complex is by far the worst I have lived in. We chose them due to access to I-65 and low rent. The first time we played our Wii, there was a giant pile of carpet fuzz that was pulled up from our tennis playing. We couldn't vacuum the main room without filling an entire bag with the carpet fabric falling apart. When our dog ran through the house and stopped, you could hear his nails scraping on the concrete (through the carpet and "pad"). Our neighbors littered the ground with cigarette butts AND used lighters. The playground is a base camp for roving bands of children who are unsupervised and generally have no respect for others (I'm talking teenagers who should know better). The snow removal was terrible. The sidewalk was snowblown directly onto my car. I could go on and on, but there's no sense as we're in a much better place now.
My advice to potential renters is to look at your budget and consider other options if you can. It's worth a bit more money to not have the frustrations of living at Trotter's Pointe. You'll be glad you did(n't). aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I have lived here since 2007 and am desperately trying to find a way to get out of here. This persons statements about the carpet are true it is truly cheap stuff. It has only been in the last six months that we have finally quit sucking up excessive fuzz. People around here don't clean up after their pets or themselves either.
