Well, to start off, I have lived here almost a year now. I have lived in a lot of apartments and know what maintenance is like in a normal apartment complex. Everyone here seems to be bashing Trotter's Pointe for stuff they have no control over. Yes, a few people have been arrested here, but the same is true for everywhere. My car has never been broken into here, my apartment has never been broken into. I have never felt threatened here and all of my current neighbors are very nice. As far as maintenance goes that has been a good experience for me. Sure, I have called about some things that were not immediately fixed, but that was because they have other things to fix, not just what I called for right then and there. Earlier in my stay there was a problem with the plumbing due to an error with construction. I was working a lot of weird hours so they couldn't come in and just work on it for a few days, they had no problems working around my schedule, and even offered to put me into another apartment if I preferred. The office staff is very friendly, and always address me by my first name.
