There are not enough spaces in front of the buildings for all the residents and the grounds are not very well kept.

That's nothing new!! Yes they do need to start working on the grounds. Most all the bushes are dead, the trees in back are dead, the ground covering around the light posts look like crap too!! I hope they put out more ground covering around the posts. Can't really say he lawn crew is very good. Most the time they do a 1/2 assed job w/the lawns around there.

The parking sticker idea has really worked too. NOT! You are only supposed to have 2 vehicles per apartment & there are people around here that have 3 and 4 vehicles; that's why there are no spaces!

I agree with the parking stickers not working at all!!! Why do we have them?? Where's the curtesy officer who's suppose to be tagging the cars w/out stickers? HELLO?? Why are we paying him? I am especially peeved b/c some of the tenants let their friends park in the spaces reserved for ppl who live there, and they think nothing about it! Excuse ME, but visitors park in the overflow lot!! Even when the tenants have been told repeatedly they still let their friends park there!!! I'm tired of it. Also, why do ppl insist on parking both vehicles up front? Most the time they only use one of the cars, which just sits there, and they could move it so others can park!! the ppl w/3-4 vehicles do that all the time!! They are rude and inconsiderate of others! We have 2 cars and our 2nd car is always parked in the overflow section b/c we follow the rules!!! Obviously these other ppl can't read or they would follow the rules as well!!
