This is by far the worst apartment complex in Greenwood, the neighbors are ghetto and rude, they are loud, the police is always out here because someone is fighting with someone else. Adults scream and cuz out children, who aren't their own children! This is a community for hillbillies and white trash...the staff management are rude, arrogant, and racist! If you are not white, you will not be treated with respect or dignity, our lease ends on November and I can't wait to turn in our 30 day notice. And it is true that there are drug dealers and pervets in the community, parents keep your children safe and look out for an older man riding a motorcycle, he likes to invite children into his apartment and offer them a "private" bike ryde......

I'm white and I do agree that there is alot of hillbilly and white Ghetto people out here and this is not a good place to rise your kids. I will be leaving soon myself.

Um not cool on the racist comment there!! We are white as well and I don't appreciate you clumping us all together as being racist! WE ARE NOT GHETTO TRASH either! I have a very good job myself! I do agree there are white ghetto/hillbilly ppl that live there, it's embarrasing at times to bring company home and there is crap/trash all over the grassy areas leading up to our apts. Parents not watching their kids really bothers me and all the screaming and yelling as well is nerve racking!! No discipline at all when it comes to their children. We hope to be leaving after our lease is up as well!

to the first response, your disability has nothing to do with my comment, you don't make any sense...I am not offending anyone in general...but if it fits, wear it...and my comment is a fact! Jenna at the office called me a "stupid mexican" thinking that she had hung up on me...I filed a complaint against her for that and other issues and she is still working there... our neighbor called us beaners and said to my kids that him and his family didn't like "pig latins" hanging around with his kids! He did admit it after I confronted him, and my neighbor was called the "N" word...If that's not racist...then I don't know what else I should call it!

i haven't the slightest idea what a pig latin is? however, i can say personally i've had no issues living here. i am going to assume you live towards or at the back of the apartment complex...and if i'm correct is that HUD?

No it is not HUD. Maybe you shouldn't ask about things you know nothing about. And I can't believe people are still talking about a murder that occured 2 years ago. Grow up!
