Management has got to change. I want out and I feel trapped. But they charge you so much and have so many stipulations on everything. It's going to be hard to keep long term tenents here. All the good ones that I have met in the two years I have been here have left. The property is decent, but the management is horrible. Plus, they will raise your rent considerably year after year. I can't wait until I can save up enough money to pay the two month penalty to get out of there!!!! FYI, I wrote a good review when I first moved in, but since the new management, I feel completely different.
