The manager has no idea what she is doing. She claims that she knows it all. When it is time to complain on her though she is a CHICKEN she will refuse to give you her bosses number! So just call the other community the same management company has and ask them, thats how i had to get it. She does not care at all about her residents, it is JUST a paycheck to her. Look at the way she treats her staff.
The property is kept up kind of. The dumpster is ALWAYS overflowing! I reccomend that the management company take a very good look at what they have managing this community.

I completely agree!!! She is totally rude upon first sign of a problem. I had to get her boss' number from the website and she was just as useless. I should have known better than to move in there because the first day I came in there they told me I had to bring my application back by the next morning to get a deal. They said they extended it to me... a week later my friend got an even better deal. Not to mention the $350.00 referal fee they stiffed us on! As soon as I move out I will certainly be comtemplating legal action. Thanks a lot, Karen!!! You are WORTHLESS!

Karen is very worthless and makes up fines for stuff all the time these rules aren't even in your lease and she just makes them up and collects the money what worthless person on earth
