Location is prime when you live here. I love the fact that no matter what apartment you have, you get a pretty killer view of the lake or golf course. This area has a lot of options, but I like the maint. crew here best. They really know what they're doing with this ol' place. I especially love Springtime's grounds and all the pretty trees.

There can be a lot said for the fact that everyone I run into has lived here for an eternity and some of the staff lives onsite too. Some of the stuff like kitchen appliances and whatnot are really old, I'll give you that, but everyone is nice and honest with me when I complain about something, they take care of me.

I don't expect perfection, but I do think that I get a pretty good deal for where I am at. I love looking out my balcony at all hours and never being disturbed by people in the other apts. This may be because I live in a hall with 3 neighbors. I can't see being in one of their "juniors." But, that's just me.

Anyway, I like how close I am to everything and yet I feel like I can get away to the country life when I walk in my home. It works for me, I plan on being here a looooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnng time. But hey, it's just one opinion, right....
