This community is a total waste.

Where do I begin....'

1. I was notified, half-way through my lease, of a "new policy" regarding late rent. It seems as though Valle Vista has opened its doors to the Katrina victims by charging them $1.00 a month rent. BUT, they are charging their regular tenants a $200.00 late fee if their rent is ONE DAY LATE!!!

2. After repeated attempts to get maintenance out to my place for repairs, I finally did it myself. This was after leaving a handful of messages and never getting a response.

3. The office staff is completely clueless unless it deals with financial matters in their favor. They are quick to point fingers at tenants for something, but never find fault in themselves.

Those are just three things I can think of off the top of my head. There are more, oh believe me, there are many more.

Seriously, save your money, time, and effort by not moving in here. You will regret the day you do.

Oh yes, and lets not forget the famous "60 day notice." If you do NOT notify them 60 days in advance you are leaving, they will continue to charge you rent. That is, of course, unless they have someone else ready to take over your place. If they do, they'll let you out with no problems. If they don't, plan on paying for your empty apartment.

DO NOT MOVE TO VALLE VISTA ARMES......!!

IT IS A BLACKHOLE THAT WILL BLEED YOU DRY...!!!
