I admit I said the whole complex was terrible we I was wrong, Just because I did not like the answer from a employee does not mean I can say the complex is terrible. Since my issue maintanance has fixed every problem I have had in a timely mater even when I ask for a certain time frame they where great about it so I have got to say maintance here is great definetley the guy in the blue chevy he is very nice and talks. Also they have been fixing the parking lot, I still have one issue I wish they would put a lock on the dumpster it always looks like the salvation army can on the weekend. But other then that I give the complex a B thanks for being so nice .

The "manager" ----- is a joke. She will find ANY way to screw you over for her own profit. Corporate is the same way. RENTERS BEWARE!!! This place may look nice on the outside, but I'd rather live some place that is honest and easy to deal with. STAY AWAY~!~

Same problem, new people. Sorry you had to go through it with them. I was in the same boat. It's about time Capriet really look at this property and the management or more people will get screwed and the property will go downhill. It's too bad...Valle Vista Armes could be a nice place to live if they would just take care of their tenants and treat them like human beings.

I am the original writer of this and I will say I am paying the fine but ----- actually came to a compermise with me which helped me beable to pay it also the post was fixed and I have had no more problems. this is not so bad of a complex but do take pics of everything when you move in and if they send you a letter I will next time go ask what exactly is wrong they are vague and don't explain very well.

I agree with the first post! The manager is a joke!! She will do or say anything just to get you gone and out of her face. My fiance and I have lived here since Jan. and she has had nothing nice to say to either one of us. She is just down right rude and doesnt care about any of us!! She needs not to be manager of such a large complex! She needs to be fired!

i am very gratful for the reviews i was thinking about moving there not any more after what i have all read i dont need to deal with a uncaring company thank you all for speaking out you saved me and my children alot of headaches it sounds like i will warn everyone i now about this complex
