My wife and I, have lived here since October of 2002. We have noticed great improvements. The office staff should be commended for the effort they have put forth into building a better living community. The maintainance team has excelled at keeping the property in a state of repair. Repair requests are promptly taken care of by the knowledgable crew within 24 hours. The crime rate in the community has decreased at a tremendous rate.
They have provided my wife and I, a very comfortable and peaceful living environment. We would highly recommend The Westminster Apartments. Affordable rent, with many incentives, convienience of Greenwood Park Mall, Community South Hospital and grocery shopping.

DUDE, are you smoking the mold spores or what?? I lived there at the same time and in no way, shape or form was it EVER like this. Is your wife the manager and bullied you into this? this is the WORST place ever..needs torn down ASAP>
