IF YOU "MUST" LIVE THERE...DON'T LET THEM MAKE YOU PAY MORE THAN $500 FOR A 2-BEDROOM TOWNHOME!!!!!!!!!!!

I've lived there for over two (2) years and had nothing but problems from the moment I stepped foot into my "new" apartment. The fitness center (if you want to call it that) is only open during business hours, so forget about using it before/after work.

The nieghbors (most Mexican) love to play their music all day and into the night, with their friends driving by and honking their horns and also playing their loud music. Kids are running everywhere.

Oh...let me tell you about the numerous bugs. There are these bugs that when touched they roll up into a ball. No matter what you do to get rid of them they just keep coming. You could have your stained carpet vacuumed and 20 minutes later there everywhere. Ants (both flying and crawing) and spiders are another.

I've only seen one (1) mouse since I've lived there. But I've seen it on many occasions, and if you see one who knows how many "friends" they have.

The maintanance is horrible and the staff (4 turn-overs)is not helpful at all. They just want their rent quickly.

Yeah, the Greenwood Park Mall is close by. So who goes there everyday. All it does it create a traffic nightmare being on County Line Rd and U.S. 31. There's a lot of cars pulling in/out of restaurants, shops, mall, etc. that it's difficult to get anywhere.

Oh, as for the dishwasher...forget about it. Your dishes will come out dirtier. Oh, and be prepared to have stuff that looks like white sand on your dishes, clothes, and anything that Greenwood's hard water will touch.

In short, this is the worst place I've lived my entire life...and I've lived a long time and in different places in the U.S. and world. I had better places in Eastern Europe.

If you want to find a nice place to live, check out some of the flat downtown Indy. They're not bad and have sooooooo much more to offer with less hassel.
