I didn't have many problems with the apartment complex. however our central air/AC did not work and the apartment was very hot during the summer, My roommate and I had a third floor apartment so we got all the heat in the building.

The few neighbors we had contact with were nice people, but as we moved out the demographic changed to one that i felt was unsafe.

I had no problem with noise levels, but then again we were on of the apartments blasting music at all times of the day.

as for maintenance, other than the AC the only other problem we had was with out balcony. The nails against the side of the building started pulling out, and the Maintenance crew came and repaired that quickly and satisfactory.

However i would not recomend this apartment to anyone unless they are dirt poor...
