If your idea of a great apartment is roaches everywhere then by all means move in....I have lived here since June 2008 and here it is the beginning of October and I am praying that I can get out of here asap. Since the first day I stepped foot into this apartment I have had nothing but problems. My first thing was the fact that I had told the office a week before when I was going to move in and the morning of I was told to hold off a few hours because the carpet was being cleaned. I'm assuming that by cleaning the carpets it makes it more livable, but it doesn't. My carpets were soaked when I stepped foot in the door and was trying to find a way for my furniture not to be ruined by it. On top of this one by one I started to see roaches crawling across my kitchen counter. It came to a point where I did not go into my kitchen for who knows how long because I was terrified by them, and I'm not that terrified of bugs. I went over to the office and told them about the problem and they said that they would send their person out to check on it and do something about it. He came, and I think he's a pretty nice guy, friendly and all, and we were at an agreement he would be coming every week. I didn't see him after that because I'm assuming the office said no. But I have to in some way constantly remind myself to either call them or go over there. I BEG YOUR PARDON BUT IT'S NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO BE REMEMBERING THIS!!!!! This is something that shouldn't even be this out of hand!!! I don't even think that they really cared when I told them I had one crawl across my chest one night while laying in my bed. I got the "I didn't know we had that bad of a problem" excuse from the front office. This complex is outrageous and I don't see how a company of sorts can let living quarters like these get this out of hand, 60 years old or not. I understand an occasional bug or two from the outside getting in but nothing like this. It's roaches galore in my apartment! I don't think that they understand that people could possibility have a psychological phobia or sorts and ---- like this can freak them out.....I mean for real. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone even if they are in dire straights. At this point I would be happier living in a box....at least with that I don't have to worry about the nastiness of others seeping into my living space....disgusting....I can not wait till I can get outta this hell hole!!!!!!

I hear you! Westminster Apts. Needs to be torn down and the management team fined heavily and FIRED from EVER getting hired anywhere else. We lived there for over 2 years, didn't have any roaches, but we had LOTS (and I mean LOTS) of trouble with MOLD and sewage backup in our apt. I had also heard that is has become gang ridden with illegals and a woman had een raped...WHAT A DUMP!!! Get out as quickly as you can! GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!!!

Okay again, it sucked so bad YOU RESIGNED YOUR LEASE FOR ANOTHER YEAR!!!!!! Gang ridden illegals??? WTH! since when are gangs all illegals?? And the "rape" read the story it's public record, then make an educated comment.
