Lived here since 1997. Most of the time has not been that bad. Neibors in my building are good. But there have been trouble in some of the other buildings. Maintenance has generally be good.

But note 1 item. I don't think all utilities are going to be included. The so called mandatory electrical work is leading up to residents having to pay for the electircity. (Saw the meters they were installing). And don't know if rent will be adjusted after the residents start to pay for the electricity.
