RUN!!! Don't walk, away from this dump!

Years at this apartment: 1992-01-01 - 2003-01-01

Five year resident - have seen numerous changes and all for the worst. Beginning with:
- Security. Was a gated community,now nothing, recent assult reported in laundry room.
- Landscape. Once leaves were removed from under your car, now there's enough to start a huge camp fire!
-Maintenance - Once efficient, now jobs are "lost". Electricity was shut off daily throughout the month of December. Filthy halls!
Utilities - Once included in rent - NOT ANY MORE!
Tenants - Ever wonder where those project dwellers from Chicago were relocated?!
Pets - allowed to urinate in the halls!!!!
Mansards has turned into a low-rise project!
