Not only can you hear the tenants below and above you having sex, the hall areas are filthy dirty. When I moved to the Manasards in 2001, I had a few concerns....but I decided to give it a chance. Always follow your first instinct people!! The residence their are just one notch above poverty level, there is profane rap music being played at very high volumes. Young thugs hang out in the parking lot during the summer similar to a Chicago urban street corner. Take it from me - if you are moving to Indiana to get a lower rent, bypass this place....IT AIN"T WORTH IT!

Warning, Mansards are getting rid of ------ and replacing them with Whites. Did youknow that the Mansards are downsizing its employees? Seven out of eight of them were black people. There is a problem with the amount of apartments that are not rented, and the amount of evictions that are being done at this property. The manager Chuck was having an affair with a housekeeper Tracey, and now they are married. The maintenance guy Cliff and the old one Steve were two of the bigeest drug buyerss out of the 1055 back building. I used to sit and watch Cliff snort cocaine in his grey truck on company time. Steve is gone, but Cliff is still here so beware. The Mansards is also good for only hiring family and friends. They use to only take township and section 8, but the big guys have come to clean that up. What happened to Glen, Elvis, and Antoine? These were the guys that I didn't mind in my apartment. What happened to Angela? Why are all these black employees missing. I guess that all the black folks are the ones that can't do their jobs properly! -------- tenants, the mansards are getting rid of ------ employees, and tenants YOU ARE NEXT!!! SO BEWARE OF THE OVER PRICED UTILITIES, AND BEWARE OF THE EVICTION PILES!!!
