The Mansards wants your money and thats all. And as for the person who said PAY YOUR RENT, it doesn't matter if you pay your rent or not. The manager of this property and their affiliates are only in it for the money.

There has been a drastic change each year since I moved into this complex. They are as follows:

When I first moved in, there was security at the entrance - That no longer exists.

I did not have mice - which I now have and once when I called the emergency line to have maintenance come and remove a dead rodent which I had to trap myself they refused.

My apartment is infested with Silverfish insects & ants.

I have never enjoyed my balcony because of the large wasps & bees that I believe have made a nest.

The front door to my building is always open - and, I know for fact that I live in a building that houses Mansards employees. The people that reside with these employees are rude and irritating. But it's o.k. because I guess they're family.

The corridor lights to my build are constantly out which makes the building unsafe to walk in at night.

The security gates should be open by 7:30 AM and should close by 6:30 PM. This is never consistent.

The maintenance people use to vaccum the corridor at least once a week. Now I rarely see it done at all.

Dogs larger than what the policy on having dogs allows are kept which I feel endanger my children.

I feel discriminated against every time I take my kids to the indoor pool. The employee that monitors the pool is rude and harrassing.

The Mansards does not care about who it rents to as long as the person comes up with the deposit needed to get in. If your credit isn't good enough, they up the deposit and allow anyone to move in.

The purpose of my rating is to show that while the Mansards collects, collects, & collects from its tenants, evicts, and raises rents, they don't equally go out of their way to live up to what they advertise as a luxury apartment complex.
