I am writing a response to comments posted by another previous tenent.
I lived at the mansards for 2 years.
I am from C.A and lived alone in Griffith and felt perfectly safe in my apt.
Yes, the walls are a bit thin and you will hear noise from time to time. NOISE LEVELS DEPENDS ON WHO YOUR NEIGHBORS END UP BEING,NOT THE COMPLEX AS A WHOLE.It doesn't take much common sense to figure this out!
Also, in regards to the comment about electricity being turned off.It is done only if rent is not paid for close to 2 full months(utilities are included in the rent). Not for some unknown reason. As was posted. Obviously the author of the letter had an ax to grind and was very likely evicted.
These apartments are not a bad place to live if you actually pay your rent.I had decent relationships with my neighbors.
Maintenence was decent and I never had anyone tamper with my car.
Thanks for taking the time to read this.
