I haven't had any problems but it can be a little loud

I haven't had any problems with the Mansards and think that the previous reviewer didn't cover all of his/her bases. I do feel that they could do a better job with their updates (applicances, fixtures). As far as crime is concerned, I haven't heard of that either but I imagine that there is some crime everywhere. I have only noticed that people drive too fast on the main roads and that people can be a little loud outside (especially during the summer).
