I was suprised to read some of the stuff in the other reviews. I've lived here for 3 years and like it. My neighbors are nice, I'm not a kid lover and there are alot of them around, but hey. My apartment is pretty big, and my carpet was new when I moved in, which was improtant to me. I work in Chicago and find the location is perfect.
Maintenance has always been really good, I have only had 2 or 3 things but the guys where great. I love the grounds, especially.
