In your advertisements you state that you have a security patrol with in the development.
WHERE are these patrols at' The Mansards had at one time Gated security,what happen to them ' I was told the Mansards could not afford to paid for gated security, MMMMMM interesting for what you paid in rent I know the Mansards could have better security.
I have been here since 1997 and the development has become (GETTO), the Mansards are letting to many undesirables come in for a few months and then leave.
I also attented a crime watch meeting in the main lobby, which I found to be a REAL JOKE,it is all talk just to comfort the residents by having the Griffith Police Officer give out their crime related statis, in reality, there is really nothing being done to correct the problems at hand.
What happen to the intercom systems that were going to be put into each unit and the Security Cams in the hallway of each unit''
