DON'T MAKE NO SENSE, AT ALL!!!

THE MANSARDS ARE THE WORSE. HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU HAVE TO REPORT LOUD NEIGHBORS TO THE OFFICE AND POLICE BEFORE ANYTHING IS DONE' HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU HAVE TO CALL MAINTENCE TO FIX SOMETHING BEFORE IT IS DONE' WITH ALL THE MONEY THEY CHARGING FOR RENT YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD BE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THEIR TENANTS AND HIRE SOME KIND OF SECURITY. IT MAKES NO SENSE THAT THE TEENAGERS ARE TAKING OVER THE COMPLEX AND THE OFFICE DOES NOT CARE! AND WHY ARE THEY TRYING TO BE SNEAKY AND CHARGE US FOR THE ELECTRIC. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THE ELETRIC COMPANY "AUM"! THE MANSARDS IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND THEY REALLY NEED TO DO SOMETHING BEFORE THE COMPLEX GOES "GHETTO" OOPS MY FAULT IT'S ALREADY "GHETTO" AS HELL!
