I see all these comments and complaints and I just don't get it. I have lived at the mansards for the past year and 3 years prior I lived there for 7 years. I moved back until my new house was complete. I do agree somtimes you hear music but with that said I also see courtesy patrol and the police consistantly show up to investigate. There are quite a few problem people living here but in my opinion the majority is good. The Mansards is still a great place to live, and they would be my first choice in this area to reccomend.
