I wouldn't recommend it

I lived in the Mansards from October 2002 through October 2004. Initially I did not have any problems, but being that I am single I began to encounter problems. It all began around say the end of 2003 when someone was apparently WATCHING me and they started leaving "Magnum" condoms on the windshield of my car.
At first I thought nothing of it b/c an SUV was parked next to mine so I figured it had accidentally flown out of someone's wallet and landed on my front windshield b/c of how it was lying on the windshield.
Well it happened again, but this time it was sat on top of my left windshield wiper face down so that when I sat down in my car, I would see it. I called the office and they said "What do you want us to do about it? I suggest you call the police." I called the police who was on their way, and then they called me back and said "We have another emergency." The last time it occurred was March of 2004 and this time I took the condom to the police station, and what did they do with it? Who knows, they either threw it away or used it.
I would not Recommend anyone to move here (unless they have no where else to go). They lie to their prospective tenants stating that they have 24 hour security, which is not true at all. They have a security booth up front, but there was NEVER anyone sitting there in the two years that I lived there.
So again, If you don't have to choose the Mansards, dont!
