1.Managemment is only friendly when you are starting your lease or ending it in order to keep you as a tenant.
2.Head manager is very educated at not answering your questions with a straight answer.
3.Maintenance is a joke, unless your house is on fire you will be waiting 3 days to two weeks for a basic maintenance request.
4.Utility billing is sinister. You are billed for all the apartments of the same size in your building. Meaning if you work all day and live in a buliding with retirees you will have a huge bill that you must pay.
5. The outdoor pools are filthy and only open by the main office for appearance sake.
6. The bookeeping office has the amazing flexible hours of 11am - 3pm and only M-F, thought they are in the office from 9am until 4pm.
7. You may only pay by credit card between 11am and 3pm Monday - Friday so if you work forget it.
8. Beware of moving out, Pre Schedual your walk through, don't let them do a walk thru without you because they will make it up as they go along.
9. They have a deal with Comcast so beware Satelitte lovers.
10. No speed bumps, but plenty of kids.
11. Head Manager has a lovely habit of nasty letter writing.
Oh and I speak from experience, I have lived in this community for 4 years and watched it decline.
12. Light half work at night so beware ladies.

My great-grandparents originally owned these apartments before they sold them a long time ago... and I'm disgusted at what it has become. When my great-grandparents were the owners, my great grandmother took time out of her day to converse with the renters and to plant flowers. Now, it's filthy. I've lived here on multiple occasions (when I was in Elementary to Middle school), and it's absolutely horrible. I was 9 and being catcalled from people in the Mansards on my way to Ready Elementary School. It's all gone downhill.

I agree with all but maintenance is pretty good in my opinion. The bookeeepers "ARENT BOOKEEPERS" , one is an ex housekeeper there ,the other was a manintenace receptionist. If you pay by credit card, there is a $16.00 surcharge. One summer month we were billed double for electric when a neighbor moved out and the manintenace staff left the air conditining running all month. If you break a leg, miss a paycheck, or for any reason come under hard times, you will be evicted in 45 days. To avoid this you must pay an extra $100 late fee and $250 in attorney fees, many residents find themselves in court many times because of an inability to catch up once getting behind. Residents of many years have been evicted because they couldnt pay a full months rent by the 17th of the month. Head manager has no compassion and is very mean indeed.
