I have lived in the Mansards for the last seven years and I am so happy to be moving. The property has declined a lot over the last three years. The landscaping needs a lot of work and the pools are filthy. The tennis courts had nets when I moved in, now they are all torn down and raggedy. The tenants continue to get younger, louder, ruder and nastier. At night and in the early mornings,cars drive up and down the parking lot with loud music blasting.

Trash is always scattered near the trash bins and emit a foul order. The common area of the buildings are not well kept. Dog poop is scattered throughout the property where dog owners walk their dogs and don't clean up after them. Some dogs are even kept on the balcony.

The management team was so nice to me when I moved in but as time progressed, they became increasing impatient and rude. I must admit that over the last seven years the staff has seen quite a bit of turnover.

Recently, a security attendant was assigned to the security booth at the entrance of the property. The purspose was to increase security but the attendant does'nt even ask visitors to sign-in. He just allows anyone and everyone to enter the premises. At times you can observe three or four men standing around the security booth just talking and laughing...not securing anything.

If you are looking for a nice quite and affordable apartment, PLEASE DO NOT RENT AT THE MANSARDS...YOU'LL BE SORRY. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

It's a crying shame the mansards went from a Premier place to live to a place of last resort
