This is a decent place to live

I cant believe all the dirt that is being said about The Mansards.
First of all, the amount of money being paid per month is cheaper and yield more amenities than many other apartments in the Chicagoland area, Suburbs, or Northwest Indiana.
With any apartment, there will be a tolerable amount of noise one must endure.
However, Griffith police are just a phone call away for the intolerable.
My kitchen is big with enough counter space.
My refrigerator is big with more than enough meals to last the month.
As far as the crime, I see no drug activity in my building.
Maybe the neighbors that see drug activity are actually seeking drug activity.
Because of the economy, crime is increasing everywhere.
No where is safe anymore.
Nothing is secure anymore.
There is talk about new management and maybe that was a bad decision.
I see alot of people moving in and out within months.
I see people being evicted.
I see more children than when I first moved here.
So the property is changing alot.
It seems that the criteria I needed to move in is becoming more and more lenient as if The Mansards are desperately seeking renters.
However, overall, this is one of the nicest places to live.
Everything imaginable is accessible to you.
One last thing, some people are complaining over leniency but if the Management was more strict, they would be complaining about strictness.
In other words, some people are never satisfied!!! Come check things out for yourself, I am sure you would like what you see!
