Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
I've lived here 3yrs and the property has new owners and management company, Arnel, Inc. They are renovating the buildings. They put in new roofs, air conditioners, building security systems and are doing lots of things. They changed the name to Kennedy Crossing Apartment, which is ok I guess. I recommend these apartments. The new property manager is very nice and trying to make them better.
