I've lived here for almost 4 years and have noticed that it is starting to change for the worse. The units are very spacious and you control everything, which is a plus. Since the new manager has come, the turn over has been crazy. She is very rude and has no respect for the tenants. We pay rent and that is the reason why she still has a job. To be honest, I liked the manager before her and I also liked it when Mid-America Property Management ran the complex (it was Brookforest Apartments then). The people that are starting to move in now are younger and roudy. They are smoking in the hallways and having sex in the parking lots. I can't wait until my lease is up to move.

This person must not anything to do. I'll say it again it has nothing to do with the new manager. The property was really bad before and the old management didn't fix anything. They transferred me from one building to another because our roof was leaking into all of our apartments. Before the new manager we had trash everywhere, people in the halls, you name it. She's tough but fair.
