I have lived here for 13 years and have not expierenced the maintenance problems that all of these reviewers have expierenced. The problem now as previously stated the older residents are moving and being replaced with those who love to play their music loud late at night. (No, I do not tell management). Thier has also been the strong aroma of pot in my building. Management addressed these problems with a bulletin but some continue to play their music loud.

The other problem is those that move into a one bedroom apartment (example) then invite all tier relatives to stay with them. Their is not enough parking and when people have company, all their guests take up the good parking spaces up front. They allow thier children to lay all over the front steps. WE definately need a Security Guard or two at night and more checks by the Hammond Police. Also tell all the people to get Indiana Plates or move back to Illinois. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
