Ghetto nightmare!!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Ghetto! Ghetto!! This place is the worse apartment complex not only in Hammond but the surrounding area. New management does nothing about crime and broken windows are never replaced. PLEASE, drive by the complex before you rent. I beleve a picture is worth a thousand words. Old management had place fixed up and crime ridden!
