Roaches, drug dealers and crackheads

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1996
 
I was told that these apartments were torn down if true I am truly happy. The building was filled with crackheads and drug dealers. There were so many roaches in my apartment. The pest control was a joke I think they were spraying sugar water on them so more of them could come out of the walls. There were so many incidents where the police were called out it was ridiculous.
