GREAT place to live! - I have been living here for three years and all three years have been great! The office staff is friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Much Better now! I've lived here 3yrs and the property has new owners and management company, Arnel, Inc. They are renovating the buildings. They put in new roofs, air conditioners, building security systems and are doing lots of things. They changed the name to Kennedy

Overall review These apartments are awful. I lived there fore three plus years with a leaking roof and not to mention poor maintenance overall. The management of the property as well as the coperate office is poorly ran. I would not reccommend this apartment complex to anybody.
