Positives:
Place is clean and spacious, well landscaped and lit. Good location, schools, club house and pool. Nice activities.

Negatives:
MOST OFFICE PERSONNEL AND MAINTENANCE PEOPLE!!!!! Dryers (and washers) are expensive and you don't know when they will work most of the time.

Office personnel are rude and they make you feel that you are bothering them. They are not well informed about events that are going on and are most likey to misinform you. They give you excuses on why something isn't done instead of looking into it. When they do tell you that they will look into it, expect not to be informed.

Maintenance is slow and even forgetful. You ask for something to be done and a week later they might get to it IF the office remembers to give it to them and IF maintenance doesn't misplace it. You tell them about a problem and the odds are that they will tell you that it's fine. WRONG!
I must that that this might be an isolated problem to our building. But it is agreed throughout the building.
