The staff is very polite. This is only until you sign the lease. Then, they still seem polite until your refrigerator or one of your dryers is broken. They don?t seem to care so much once you sign your lease. However, they will raise the price to use one of these broken dryers. If you at all have the ability, do not rent here. If you do rent here, make sure it is for a short term. These people only care about your money and not your comfort or the services you are paying for.

For those of you who rented an apartment in a college town, take this into consideration. While going to college, I was treated better by the office staff and management of those apartments then by this place..
