It'll cost you to live here.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience living here, the apartment (two bedroom on a corner) was more than spacious enough with ample closet space and no more noise than one would expect from an apartment building. We never really had maintenance issues, so I can't speak on that issue. However...when you move in they make you sign away half your security deposit up front by making you pay for carpet cleaning, etc. Then when you try to get the last few dollars of that security deposit back, they take forever to cut you a check. It took us three months and the threat of a lawyer to finally get ours back. Staff can definitely be rude and under no circumstances will they tell you how to get hold of their parent company if you're having trouble getting something done through the office. Guess it makes for great job security since no one can complain about them.
I would sum it up by saying that it's a nice place to live, but don't expect the security deposit back, so roll that into the cost of living there.
