Customer Service Needs Improvement

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
They claim to focus on customer service but yet when you call the office they are very rude and act like you are bothering them. They harrass you with letters on your door all the time! Takes Forever to get a service request completed. Huge rent increases year to year. (some are $50)
